This is the iconic facade of the old Administration building of Mindanao State University in the main campus, Marawi City.
I used to walk through here on my way to school during my elementary and high school days. My late Dad’s office is also located in this building.
Through the years this edifice has undergone several rehabilitation and repairs. But it has retained its ageless appearance, with the old signage still standing above the roof proudly spelled out, as if to constantly remind everyone of what MSU means.
I just hope that this iconic facade still exists and is maintained, if only to serve as a living monument that I will pass by and admire when I walk down MSU’s memory lane.
