The matter of who’s responsible of the Plaza Miranda bombing has never been resolved. But I believe in the versions given by the late Sen. Jovito Salonga, BGen. Victor Corpuz and other individuals who claimed to have played roles in the bombing. Also the revelations and insights from the novel of the late Mario Miclat, Secrets of the Eighteen Mansions, provided an insider viewpoint and context surrounding the bloody incident.
Most of those who were in the know have now brought their knowledge about the tragedy with them to their graves. Meanwhile, the alleged main culprit enjoys a comfortable life and is still leading the terrorist activities of his minions by remote control from Barrio Utrecht.
